Every project advertised on this website is developed and owned by its respective real estate promoter. The RERA registration number (where applicable) is shown on the individual project page. Please verify each project's RERA status directly on the official Karnataka RERA portal before any transaction.
Indicative information
Prices, possession dates, floor plans, master plans, amenities, configurations, and images shown on this site are indicative. They are sourced from the developer's marketing material and may change without prior notice. Final terms — including price, carpet area, specifications, and possession schedule — are governed solely by the agreement of sale and the project's RERA registration.
Carpet area basis
Per Karnataka RERA, all pricing should be evaluated on a carpet area basis. The carpet-area definition, super-built-up area, and any add-on charges (GST, registration, stamp duty, maintenance) must be confirmed directly with the developer or with us before payment.
Rental rules (Karnataka, 2025)
For rental properties marketed on this site:
- Security deposit is capped at two months' rent.
- Standard rental agreements run for 11 months to avoid statutory registration requirements; longer leases require registration with the sub-registrar.
- Maintenance, parking, and utility charges are negotiable and must be specified in writing.
